Welcome to the website for technology at Evergreen Elementary School. Students in first through fourth grade at Evergreen Elementary visit the computer lab for 30 minutes twice a week, and kindergarten students visit the computer lab once a week for 30 minutes. Our focus in the lab is on these key areas:

• Using proper keyboarding techniques and mouse skills

• Using various computer and web resources to enhance their learning

• Developing the necessary skills to use productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite.

• Developing internet researching skills by exploring websites to learn more information about different topics.

• Learning how to become better digital citizens.

Our goal is to provide the students at Evergreen Elementary the technology and computer skills they will need to succeed in school and beyond.
