Quest Food Management Services

We are excited to introduce our new partnership with Quest Food Management Services and share several improvements to the lunch program.

What’s New This Year?

There are several important changes to the way our lunch program will work this year:

We will no longer need to pre-order lunch. Instead, you can choose the meal you would like each day. That’s right — you can simply purchase a lunch if you decide to, without having to pre-order or plan for it ahead of time!

Lunch purchasers will also have access to a fresh fruit and vegetable bar each day, offering additional healthy options with lunch.

Meals include your choice of milk or juice. If you would like to purchase milk or juice separately from a meal, you may do so, and your account will be charged for the individual item. 2026–27 à la carte beverage prices:

  • Milk: $0.70

  • Juice: $0.50

Introducing MySchoolQuest

Our lunch program will now feature MySchoolQuest, an online hub that gives you easy access to information about our dining program throughout the school year.

MySchoolQuest is also available as a free mobile app through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Through MySchoolQuest, you can:

  • View daily, weekly, and monthly menus

  • Review nutrition and allergen information

  • Access links for managing student and staff dining account payments

  • Submit feedback or questions directly to the Quest team

Visit www.myschoolquest.com and search for Benjamin School District 25 or your school. We suggest you bookmark the site for easy access throughout the school year.

Our August and September menus are available now, so we encourage you to review them before the first day of school.

My MealTime: Lunch Accounts & Payments

While MySchoolQuest is your hub for menus and dining program information, My MealTime is where you will manage your meal account payments.

Benjamin 25 will use My MealTime, available through the MySchoolQuest website, for all meal payments. Payments will be made directly to Quest through My MealTime; school administrative assistants will no longer process lunch payments.

Any remaining balance from your account last school year has carried over to the 2026–27 school year. The balance will be reflected once you create your new My MealTime account and add your staff profile.

Directions for creating your My MealTime account are attached below. Setting up your account is easy, but you will need your staff ID number to complete the registration. If you don’t know your staff ID number, your school's administrative assistants can help you with that.

Quest My MealTime Account Instructions

Parents with students at Evergreen Elementary and/or Benjamin Middle School will not need to create separate accounts. All family members can be accessed through the same My MealTime page.

You can also enable low-balance alerts to receive automatic reminders when it is time to replenish an account. To set up balance alerts:

  1. Log in to My MealTime.

  2. Select Manage Cafeteria Accounts.

  3. Select Edit on the staff account.

  4. Check the box next to your name.

  5. Enter your desired low-balance threshold.

  6. Select Save.

Before the First Day of School

To help make the transition to our new lunch program as smooth as possible, we encourage you to:

  • Review the August and September menus.

  • Create your My MealTime account using your staff ID number.

  • Check your existing meal account balance.

  • Set up low-balance alerts.

  • Save the contact information for our Quest representative below.

Questions About the Lunch Program?

We have a dedicated Quest representative who will be the primary point of contact for questions about meal account balances, menus, and nutrition information.

Isabel Mota

Email: imota@questfms.com

Cell: (630) 788-4116

We encourage you to save Isabel’s contact information now so it is readily available throughout the year.

Because Quest manages the lunch program, school office staff will not have access to meal accounts, menus, or nutrition information and will not be able to assist with these questions. Isabel will be happy to help!
