Benjamin Student Council is a very active group. We have our executive board meeting on Tuesday morning and a full council meeting on Wednesday morning. We follow the parliament procedure and some students get trained at the Illinois Association of Junior High Student Council (IAJHSC) camp every summer.

Student Council has seven committees that work hard on projects throughout the year. projects include, fundraisers, teacher appreciation days, dances, a can food drive, contests, lucky locker lotto, workshops, convention, reward trips, bulletin boards, spirit days, Box Tops for Educaion, and much, much more.

Benjamin is very proud of our Student Council and they have been a great success for many years.
